BATON ROUGE AREA

Rene Clouatre has been named vice president, associate chief credit officer, at Business First Bank.

He was a loan review specialist with the FDIC and previously director of internal audit for The Shaw Group. Clouatre is from New Orleans and a graduate of the University of New Orleans.

First Bank and Trust has appointed to its advisory board Patrick Campbell, president of Superior Ford; Brad Roberts, senior executive of Excel Group; and Kippy Sumrall, chairman of Welcome Host.

They join First Bank and Trust CEO Gary Blossman, Chuck Mock, Wayne Sledge, David Brantley, George Knost, Hank Saurage, Carlos Alvarez, Tommy Cockfield and Chris Loar.

Jason DeCuir has been named public affairs director at global tax services company Ryan.

He was executive counsel for the Louisiana Department of Revenue. He will be based in Baton Rouge.

LAFAYETTE AREA

Troy Olander has been named field service manager of Pro-T, a diatomaceous earth filtration company in the oil and gas deep-water market based in Broussard.

Olander, a Franklin native, was a supervisor.

NEW ORLEANS AREA

The Trumpet advertising agency in New Orleans has named Nathan Calhoun as art director and Alicia Mora as account supervisor.

Calhoun was the art director at BBR Creative in Baton Rouge. Mora was a senior project manager at Peter A Mayer Advertising.

Tim Talley has been named vice president of engineering at HRI Lodging.

Talley was facilities supervisor for HRI Management, the company’s apartment management affiliate.

Kristi Trail, of Shell Exploration & Production, has been elected president of the Women’s Professional Council of New Orleans.

Evans Martin “Marty” McLeod has been named chairman of the board of trustees at Academy of the Sacred Heart. He is an attorney with Phelps Dunbar.

Marie Hohensee has been named vice president of commercial underwriting at Lane & Associates Inc. in Kenner.

Hohensee was branch manager of Agency Management Corp. in Baton Rouge.

Pat Patterson has been named executive sales officer by Signature Financial LLC, the specialty finance subsidiary of New York-based Signature Bank, expanding its equipment finance presence within the Louisiana and Mississippi markets. He is based in Metairie.

He was senior territory sales manager at Element Financial.

Ellis Vliet, equipment division manager for Turner Industries Group LLC in Jefferson, has been elected chairman of the board for the Louisiana Motor Transport Association.
