Associated Grocers Inc. has named Terry Palmisano as vice president of center store procurement and Kelley Criscoe as marketing manager. Palmisano was director of category management. Criscoe was a marketing specialist.

Shirl E. Gilbert II was elected as the international director of education for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Gilbert is the executive director for School Turnaround and Charter Schools for the East Baton Rouge Parish School System.

Toby DuBois has been named marketing director at Eatel in Gonzales. DuBois was marketing manager.

Taylor Ballinger has been named director of school and district partnerships at Teach For America-South Louisiana. Taylor was the chairman of the special-education department at East St. John High School in Reserve.

Coletta Barrett, vice president of missions at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, has been named to the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute advisory council. The council advises the NHLBI and U.S. Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services on matters related to heart, lung and blood health.

Kimberly C. Stephens has been named vice president of commercial banking at Business First Bank. Stephens was vice president of commercial lending at MidSouth Bank.

Ryan Cooney has been named director of business development by the Baton Rouge Area Chamber to oversee business attraction, project management and economic development in East Baton Rouge Parish as part of a professional services agreement between the parish and BRAC affiliate the Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership. Cooney was with BRAC as a project manager for East Baton Rouge Parish and the Baton Rouge Area Digital Industries Consortium.

Troy H. LeBlanc has become a partner at Capital Financial Group, an independent firm affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services. LeBlanc was senior vice president with UBS Financial Services in Baton Rouge.
