Dr. Steven Feigley has been elected chairman for the Foundation for Woman’s first board of trustees.
The foundation’s purpose is to raise and manage private support for Woman’s Hospital.

St. Joseph Hospice has named Robinne Harris-Dodd as vice president of operations throughout Louisiana, southeastern Texas, Mississippi and southern Alabama. St. Joseph Hospice is part of the Carpenter Health Network.
Harris-Dodd was chief quality officer for SouthernCare and has more than 30 years of health care management experience in long-term care, home health and hospice.
Dr. Venugopal Vatsavayi has been named medical director for Baton Rouge General’s inpatient geriatric psychiatric unit and outpatient behavioral wellness center at the Mid City campus.
Vatsavayi oversees electroconvulsive therapy at Baton Rouge General Mid City and been a member of BRG’s medical staff since 2011.
He also will continue to provide outpatient clinic services at his new Mid City clinic at 3401 North Blvd., Suite 100.
NEW ORLEANS AREA
Randy Noel, founder of custom homebuilder Reve Inc. in LaPlace, has been elected third vice chairman of the National Association of Home Builders.
Noel has been active in the NAHB leadership at the local, state and national levels throughout his career. He has served on the NAHB board of directors for more than 20 years and is a member of the NAHB executive board.
He has also served as chairman of the NAHB Resolutions Committee and Housing Finance Committee and has held seats on several other committees.
Chet Morrison Contractors in Houma has named Leroy Guidry as president and Kelly Reeves as vice president of marketing.
Guidry will continue to serve as chief financial officer making room for Reeves’ previous title.
