Cheryl Tynes McAdam has been named by Latter & Blum Inc. as general sales manager responsible for supporting the company’s residential sales offices of Latter & Blum Inc./Realtors in Greater New Orleans and C.J. Brown Realtors in Baton Rouge.

She was manager of the Covington/Mandeville office.

Melissa Lorio has been named senior director of perioperative/surgical services at East Jefferson General Hospital.

Lorio was assistant vice president of perioperative services at Ochsner Medical Center.

Fidelity Homestead Savings Bank has named Christopher Ferris as retail sales manager; Thomas “Tom” Sheldon as vice president, commercial lending for the Northshore region; and Madison “Matt” B. Glatt, Dennis Manshack and Chris K. Lee as vice president, commercial lending, for Baton Rouge

Ferris was the retail and small business banking manager, senior vice president, for the state of Maryland for BB&T. Sheldon is a community banker specializing in large and small business development lending and SBA lending. Glatt was vice president of commercial lending for Gulf Coast Bank. Manshack was senior vice president of the Baton Rouge market for Nations Loan Services LLC. Lee was a small business banker for Citizens National Bank in Bossier City.

Julie Rose, the director of the West Baton Rouge Museum in Port Allen, has been elected to chair the American Association for State and Local History.

AASLH serves 6,000 members of the association for history museums and history organizations.

Benjamin Vicidomina has been named director of risk optimization at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana.

Vicidomina was a manager in global analytics for Peoples Health Inc. in Metairie.

Cory Stewart, deputy director of communications for the Louisiana House of Representatives, has been named chairman of the National Association of Legislative Information and Communications Staff.

Troy Hebert, who was a commercial lender/manager for Whitney Bank, has joined MidSouth Bank’s Towne Center location in Baton Rouge as a commercial lender specializing in the petrochemical and maritime industries.
