Twenty-one lots in the Rouzan traditional neighborhood development have been sold for $1.4 million.
Level Homes bought the lots in deals that were filed Wednesday afternoon in the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s office. Twenty of the lots were sold by Glasgow Partners LLC, an entity set up by Rouzan developer Tommy Spinosa and Brian McCullough, an attorney for Spinosa. Those lots went for a total price of $1.3 million. The other lot, which was sold by an individual owner, went for $110,000.
The lots are in the third phase of Rouzan, located off Glasgow Avenue.
Officials with Level said they are already building three houses in Rouzan.
