BancorpSouth Insurance Services has promoted Timothy Rodrigue to vice president of communications.
Rodrigue joined the agency in 2014 as the Louisiana region’s marketing and communications manager and in 2015 was named director of communications for the entire organization.

NEW ORLEANS AREA
Dr. Charles Fiore, of Culicchia Neurological Clinic, has been appointed medical director of Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospital of New Orleans.
In addition, physicians from the Culicchia Clinic will oversee and lead Cobalt’s inpatient rehab services with Fiore serving as medical director of the 60-bed state-of-the-science rehab facility at 3801 Bienville St. in the Mid-city area of New Orleans.
The Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospital serves patients with a range of conditions such as stroke, trauma, hip fracture, brain injuries, concussions, orthopedic, Parkinson’s disease and other inpatient and outpatient diagnoses.
Advertising and public relations firm Zehnder Communications, with offices in Louisiana and Tennessee, has named Minette Chan as senior media planner/buyer.
Chan was digital media strategist for Anthology Marketing Group in Honolulu. She has experience in multicultural and general market advertising in New York, San Francisco and Honolulu, and has worked for numerous national brands. Chan earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s in global marketing from Emerson College in Boston.
Tulane Health System has named Scott Strickland as patient safety director.
He served as a risk manager with the health system, and has more than 20 years of experience in quality, risk and patient safety.
Strickland holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, a master’s in emergency and disaster management and a graduate certification in homeland security, all from Trident University International in Cypress, California.
