Paula Moreau has joined East West Copolymer as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Moreau returns to the Baton Rouge facility where she had 18 years of synthetic rubber industry experience in various finance positions of increasing responsibility under former owners DSM Copolymer and Lion Copolymer. She was director of finance and administrative services for Hood Container of Louisiana LLC in St. Francisville, formerly KPAQ Industries LLC. 

Global tax services firm Ryan has named Jason DeCuir as a principal in company's advocacy services practice based in the Baton Rouge.

DeCuir specializes in public affairs strategies to resolve state tax policy issues and disputes. He holds a master of laws degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a juris doctorate and bachelor of civil law degrees from LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, a master of business administration from Louisiana Tech University and a bachelor of business administration from Howard University.

Peoples Health in Metairie has appointed Dr. Michael Raybeck as one of the company’s corporate medical directors.

Raybeck served as medical evaluator for CenseoHealth, specializing in Medicare Advantage plans. He also served as a medical director for Cigna.

Raybeck earned a medical degree from Tulane University and completed his residency in general surgery at Ochsner Medical Center.

Theodore C Sanders III, president and CEO of Louisiana Asset Management Pool Inc., has been elected board chair of the Algiers Economic Development Foundation.

Current board members Ed Robinson, president and CEO of L&R Security, and Fay Faron, of Friends of the Ferry, will serve as executive board members.

New board members include Mike A. Vira, a real estate investor and developer; Ronald H. Ernst & Young LLP has promoted Stephen Crain, Will Kulick, Brittany Landry, Eleftherios Toras and Zhidan Zhu from manager to senior manager and Brittanee Baer, Joseph Imarata, Jeremy McMullin, Grace Richey and Elizabeth Tufton from senior to manager. Jessica Robson has been promoted from senior associate to supervising associate.
