Louisiana residents drop their iPhones more often than the residents of all but eight other states and the District of Columbia, according to SquareTrade’s list of the Top 10 Clumsiest States in 2013.
SquareTrade provides coverage for mobile devices, laptops and other consumer electronics.
The clumsy rankings are based on claims filed by state between Oct. 1, 2012, and Sept. 30.
This year, Louisiana residents were a little less clumsy than in 2012, when the state ranked eighth-clumsiest.
The other members of the Clumsy Top 10 were Washington, D.C.; Florida; Georgia; New Jersey; Utah; Texas; New York; California; and Wyoming.
