Louis E. Buatt has joined the New Orleans office of law firm Liskow & Lewis APLC as a shareholder.
Buatt’s practice focuses on regulatory and transactional matters concerning environmental and energy law, and environmental counsel and advice to energy, petrochemical and industrial companies.
Buatt is a former assistant secretary and general counsel of the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, assistant secretary of the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources and secretary of Louisiana’s State Mineral and Energy Board.
Dr. Jeffrey Coco has been appointed as Touro’s chief medical officer.
He has been a member of Touro’s medical staff in infectious diseases since 1995 and currently serves as the president of the medical staff.
Dectrick Page has been named move manager of both New Orleans franchises of Two Men and A Truck. Page was a mover.
Sandra DiPietro has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.
DiPietro was controller at the hospital.
Dr. Gustavo M. Coutin has been appointed as conference general chairman of the 2015 New Orleans Dental Conference & Louisiana Dental Association Annual Session.
Richard A. Clements, of Chalmette, has been elected president of the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents.

Brad Babin has been named vice president of information systems at Campus Federal Credit Union.
He was information technology manager/application support team at CRIF lending solutions in Baton Rouge.
Leigh Miley has been named vice president of employee benefits at BancorpSouth Insurance Services Inc.
Miley was a sales executive for Valassis.
Curt Eysink, director of the Louisiana Workforce Commission, has been voted president-elect of the National Association of State Workforce Agencies.
The nonprofit represents state workforce development and unemployment insurance agencies in Washington, D.C.
Joe Lee has been named executive vice president of Knight Oil Tools International in Lafayette.
He was general manager of Knight Oil Tools’ Fishing Services unit.
