A panel of experts will offer insight into talent retention in the workplace at the LSU Flores MBA Alumni Association’s 2015 Spring Training Symposium being held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday in room 1420 of the Business Education Complex.

The panelists are Craig Juengling, owner of Juengling & Associates; Tommy Karam, instructor in the LSU Department of Marketing; and Julie Laperouse, director of talent development for the Baton Rouge Area Chamber.

Topics include building a talent pipeline; why a company’s image matters to employees; and attracting talent isn’t just about the job.

A networking social will follow from 5 to 6 p.m.
