C.J. Brown Realtors has been selected to market the Conway mixed-use development under construction in Gonzales.

The first phase of the 950-lot development off La. 44 is being developed. “We opened Conway for reservations last week and we have 12 lot reservations already,” said Rick Haase, president of Latter & Blum, the parent company of C.J. Brown. “Very strong demand.”

Southern Lifestyle Development, which did the Village at River Ranch in Lafayette, is the planner for the $325 million development. Conway will be spread across 355 acres and will include lakes, parks, trails, a clubhouse, a town square and a 200,000-square-foot retail component. Homes in Conway will sell for between $200,000 and $400,000.
