Peter Mayer, a marketing, advertising, digital and public relations agency, has named Aziz Ali as a senior strategist; Jesse Delerno and Alexis Vicknair as project managers; Jenn Thrasher as an interactive campaign manager; and Julie Turner as an associate project manager.
Ali was a senior trend analyst at Fathom+Hatch in New York. Delerno was a production manager with Deveney Communication. Vicknair was a broadcast producer/traffic coordinator at Velocity Agency. Thrasher was a digital traffic and campaign manager at SmartReach Digital. Turner was a program coordinator at Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and a project and marketing manager for Projects Unlimited Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dolph Parro has been named executive vice president at premium wine and spirits distributor Republic National Distributing Co. Parro, an LSU graduate, was vice president of wine for RNDC North Texas in Allen, Texas.

Kathy Conerly has been named executive secretary of Louisiana FFA. She taught agriculture for more than 30 years at Zachary High School.
Teri Thomas has been named by Regions Bank as a Regions at Work manager in Baton Rouge and Acadiana. Thomas, a New Orleans native, was a vice president for Chase Bank.
Faith LeBrun has been named director of perioperative services at Lafayette General Medical Center. LeBrun was assistant director and has been a nurse at LGMC for 19 years.
Chris Perrella has been named director of marketing at ARC Group Inc., owner, operator and franchisor of Dick’s Wings & Grill.
Perrella was marketing director of Buffalo’s Cafe and was the owner and operator of the Buffalo’s Cafe restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida.
K. Scott Wester, president and chief executive officer of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, has been elected chairman of the Louisiana Hospital Association board of trustees.
Other officers are Larry M. Graham, president and chief executive officer of Lake Charles Memorial Health System, chairman-elect; and Charles “Chuck” D. Daigle, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport, treasurer.
Stephen F. Wright, president and chief executive officer of CHRISTUS Health Louisiana, will serve as immediate past chairman.
Re-elected from the local area to a second term as an at-large trustee was Parker A. Templeton, chief executive officer of Iberia Medical Center in New Iberia.
Elected from the local area as a trustee for the southwest district was James “Butch” Frazier, chief executive officer of Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City.
Re-elected from the local area to a second term as district trustees are Phyllis L. Peoples, president and chief executive officer of Terrebonne General Medical Center in Houma, bayou district, and Patrick J. Quinlan, chief executive officer of Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, the New Orleans district.
D. Brad Graff, of Cothren, Graff, Smoak Engineering Inc. in Shreveport, has been elected president of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Louisiana.
