A building at 631 Main St. that is the home of four local radio stations has been sold for $1.28 million.
631 Main LLC sold the nearly 10,000-square-foot building in a deal that was filed Friday with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s Office. The buyer was Third Street Acquisition LLC, which is made up of Tom Adamek and Gordon LeBlanc Jr., partners in Stonehenge Capital.
Ty Gose of NAI/Latter & Blum represented the seller, while Edward Rotenberg of Saurage Rotenberg Commercial Real Estate represented the buyers.
Gose said the building was purchased as an investment. The nearly 90-year-old building, which has been redeveloped several times, is the local home for Cumulus Media. Cumulus has four radio stations in Baton Rouge: KQXL (Q 106.5), WRQQ (Classic Hits 103.3), WMEX (Max 94.1) and WXOK (Heaven AM 1460).
