The CVS Pharmacy building at 9006 Greenwell Springs Road has been sold for $4.75 million to a group of private investors.

133 Fort George LLC, a New York-based group, bought the store in a deal that was filed Thursday with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s Office. The seller was SDREKCE Baton Rouge Oak Villa LLC, which is connected to Stirling Properties. The pharmacy and parking lot take up 2.13 acres at the intersection of Greenwell Springs and Oak Villa Boulevard.

Beezie Landry of Stirling, who represented the sellers, said CVS has a nine-year lease on the 13,824-square-foot building. There are also options to extend the lease for up to another 20 years. CVS has been in the location since 2004.
