A 0.82-acre tract at Burbank and East Boyd drives has been acquired and a Sonic drive-in will be built on the site.
W.J. Boyd LLC bought the 36,000-square-foot site for $850,000 in a deal that was filed Wednesday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s Office.
The seller was Donlene McDonald Butler, who was represented by Tigue Bonneval, of Beau Box Commercial Real Estate.
