Bin 77 Bistro & Wine, the Perkins Rowe restaurant and wine bar, is expanding into an adjacent building.
The restaurant plans to take over the space that had been occupied by The Wine Loft, said Brian Dykes, a managing partner with Bin 77.
The expanded space will have a slightly different concept, focusing on cocktails, craft beers and small plates of food. “This is for people who want a drink and some appetizers before they go to a movie,” Dykes said. “The current location is more for dinner.” And while the current Bin 77 location closes at 11 p.m., the lounge area will stay open until 2 a.m.
Plans are also in the work to incorporate the courtyard between the two buildings.
The expansion should be completed by the spring. Bin 77 will remain open while the work is going on.
