Authorities this week arrested a fugitive accused of trying to hire someone to kill her husband, the state Attorney General’s office reported.

Trina Annette Tyler, 39, was caught in the village of Tangipahoa Tuesday as she tried to escape out of the back window of a mobile home on Silo Road, according to a Wednesday news release. Specific details of the alleged murder for hire plot were not immediately clear.

Tyler also is wanted in Texas for a 2012 parole violation stemming from a conviction for possession of cocaine and money laundering, the release states. She is being held in the Tangipahoa Parish Jail on two counts of solicitation for murder, but ultimately will be extradited to Texas to serve out her sentence there.
