Deputies Kaid Delaune, Seth Boudreaux, Christopher Aucoin and Joseph Patane were part of the 36-member graduating group representing 17 different agencies from across the state.

The graduates took part in physical training and learned legal- and report-writing skills, law enforcement history and other skills, a news release from the Sheriff’s Office said.

“This graduation represents 11 weeks of hard work and resulted in all of these deputies attaining their post certification,” Sheriff Jeff Wiley said.
