Cabela’s stores nationwide will honor the contributions of people who serve by offering employee pricing to all veterans, active duty military and reserve personnel, law enforcement, fire personnel and EMS personnel from Thursday through Sunday.
The Hometown Heroes event will recognize the service and sacrifice of those who protect and serve our country and communities every day, a news release from Cabela’s said.
“Cabela’s values the contributions of our nation’s military and service personnel,” Cabela’s CEO Tommy Millner said. “Making them honorary employees, and extending our employee discount to them, is our way of saying thank you for keeping us safe.”
To participate in the Hometown Heroes event, veterans, active duty military, reserve, law enforcement, fire and EMS personnel should present their service ID upon checkout to receive the employee discount. Some restrictions apply.
