Gonzales High Class of ’66 celebrates 50th reunion _lowres

Gonzales High School’s Class of 1966, the last to graduate from the school, gathered for its 50th class reunion May 14 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Gonzales.

The evening began with a social, followed by a dinner including jambalaya by classmate Mike Anderson, covered dishes, finger foods and desserts, all prepared by the classmates.

The rest of the evening was spent dancing to Kenny Fife and the Bac Trac Band, who played special request songs the classmates used to dance to during high school.
