St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, Tamiko Francis Garrison, Peoples Health, United Healthcare, Amerihealth Caritas Louisiana and Louisiana Healthcare Connections will host a men’s health and wellness seminar from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 21 at the St. Catherine’s Church Hall, 421 St. Patrick St., Donaldsonville.
Free health screenings, information and referral services from programs within the Donaldsonville, Gonzales and Baton Rouge areas will be available.
The event also will feature a lecture series covering a variety of topics. Information booths will include Peoples Health, Louisiana HealthCare Connections, Amerihealth Caritas Louisiana, United Healthcare and Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.

Battling Spiritual Illness: 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., the Rev. Shannon Comery, Pillars of Purpose.
A Living Testimony: 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., Bernard J. Francis Sr., kidney transplant recipient and Bernard J. Francis Jr., kidney donor.
Health screenings exhibitor booths: 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Being Financially Prepared: 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Investigating fitness and nutrition: 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Terrell Robertson, certified personal trainer and owner of Dig Deep Fitness 2.
Health screenings exhibitor booths: 11:30 a.m. to noon
Depression is Not a Option: Noon to 12:30 p.m., Xavier Henson, licensed social worker and lecturer at Grambling State University.
Music Therapy: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Joshua Riley, music therapy student who is pursuing a master’s of music therapy at Loyola University in New Orleans.
A light lunch will be provided and the The Michael Foster Jazz Trio will perform.
