Credit union presents awards _lowres

Ann Marie Erie of Neighbors Federal Credit Union presented the St. John Primary-St. Theresa Middle 2015 Neighbors Way Awards in April at St. Theresa of Avila Church in Prairieville.

The awards go to students and staff members who best exemplify the ideals of “integrity, respect, trust, stability, community involvement, honesty, empathy, ethical behavior and fairness,” according to a news release.

Eighth-grade recipients are Christopher Callais, son of the late Paul Callais and Danielle and Wade Waguespack; and Danielle DePierri, daughter of Robert and Michelle DePierri.

Faculty/staff recipients are Rochelle San Soucie, a kindergarten teacher at St. John Primary, and Alicia Cockfield, librarian at St. Theresa Middle. San Soucie is the wife of Paul San Soucie and mother of Miles and Rhianna San Soucie. Cockfield is the wife of Josh Cockfield and mother of Luke, Adam and Hope Cockfield.
