A 2.7-pound catfish caught by Caden Hughes won the prizes for the biggest fish Saturday at the East Ascension Sportsman’s League 54th annual Kids Fishing Rodeo.

Organizers said 175 children fished the morning tournament at Twin Lakes in Dutchtown.

Mikaylah Bordelon won the overall prize for catching the most fish in the girls division, and Ayden Fatherree’s 48 fish were enough to win the prize in the boys division.

Most Fish, Girls: Lillian McClure, 53.

Most Fish, Boys: Kace Poche, 40.

Age group 8-10:

Biggest Fish: DeShawn Hunt, 1.05 pound.

Most Fish, Girls: Emilee Kennison, 43.

Most Fish, Boys: Caleb Gautreau, 41.

Age group 11-14:

Biggest Fish: Garrett Leeper, .73 pound.

Most Fish, Girls: Elizabeth Kennison, 31.

Most Fish, Boys: Garrett Leeper with 29

Bike winners:
