Members of the Texas-based Lone Star BMX team visited Prairieville Primary School on April 21 to celebrate the school’s success in a recent chocolate fundraiser.

Students who sold one case or more of World Finest Chocolate Almonds were invited to the show, which included BMX tricks, a news release said.

Maggie Stevens was the top winner, selling seven cases, and received a BMX helmet. Joel Burnett and Parker Ortego tied for second place, selling four cases each.

Students raised about $20,000 in the fundraiser for technology and other resources at the school, the release said.
