BAKER — Police on Wednesday announced the arrest of a 28-year-old Baton Rouge woman accused of misappropriating and stealing funds from a 62-year-old man, Police Chief Mike Knaps said.

Tremaine Pollard, 7416 Dan St., is accused of taking money and property from the man’s residence while he was incapacitated in a hospital, Knaps said.

Pollard was arrested Friday and booked with exploitation of the infirmed, illegal possession of stolen things, theft of assets from an aged person and three counts of unauthorized use of an access card, Knaps said.
