Families learned about the science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics behind all their favorite homecoming festivities at the Jackson Elementary School STEAM Night on Oct. 19.

Students made their own kazoos, used mathematical principles to design pennants and posters, and designed balloon-powered water bottle cars.

"It's so exciting to watch our students and families explore the scientific world around them," said JES Principal Megan Phillips.
