A flag football game Thursday between the students and teachers at Slaughter Community Charter School ended in a 28-21 win for the East Feliciana educators.

Participating Slaughter Charter staff included science teacher Daniel Baker; dean of students Robert Delmore; assistant principal Clint Ebey; Spanish teacher Benjamin Garcia; coach/P.E. teacher Jacob Goodeau; health/P.E. teacher Stephanie Goudeau; social studies teacher Glenis Kent; science/social studies teacher Samantha Kirkwood; and social studies teacher Harmony Tadlock.

Students, school personnel, parents and members of the East Feliciana community attended the Turkey Bowl, including Slaughter Charter Director Linda Saucier, Slaughter Mayor Robbie Jackson and District Attorney Sam D’Aquilla.
