Andy Avila joins PacTec Inc. as a nuclear business development representative.

PacTec Inc., of Clinton, recently announced that Andy Avila has joined the firm as a nuclear business development representative, a news release said.

Avila will help solve customers’ needs while focusing on securing U.S. Department of Energy and commercial nuclear contracts.

He joins PacTec Inc. from Omega Technical Services in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, where he grew and managed several national accounts.  Avila has 10 years of experience in the nuclear industry, and his experience in rail and truck logistics will be instrumental in growing PacTec’s reach in the growing nuclear waste disposal market, the release said.
