The Lions Club of Jackson hosted its fourth annual Easter parade March 26.

Parade entrants included churches, businesses, organizations and student groups from the Jackson area.

The parade left from the Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System and concluded at Centenary State Historic Site, where an Easter egg hunt was held for paradegoers and the community.

East Feliciana businessman Leroy Harvey was this year’s parade marshal.

Float winners included the East Feliciana Parish Drug and Alcohol Awareness Council, first place; Jackson United Methodist Church, second place; and Visions Family Worship Center, third place.

Winners were awarded gift cards to area businesses.
