Holy Ghost Catholic School in Hammond wrapped up the 2015-16 school year with a number of closing ceremonies.

The eighth-graders said farewell to Holy Ghost at their closing ceremony on May 18.

On May 19, the preK-4 students held their ceremony with parents, grandparents, friends and relatives. The students sang and entertained using the knowledge they gained during the year and said what they want to be when they grow up. The ceremony ended with the students presenting white carnations to their parents.

“HGCS Kindergarten: The Most Colorful Place on Earth” was the title of the kindergarten ceremony on May 20. As “What a Wonderful World” played, the students entered the gym waving colorful banners.
