Council hosting art camps

The Arts Council of Livingston Parish is hosting several summer art camps.

Registration is underway for the Art Sizzle children’s camp set from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. June 22-26.

Children in second through sixth grade are eligible to take part in this art camp, which will be held at 133 N. Hummell St., Denham Springs.

The Arts in Action summer camp for boys and girls will be from 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. June 1-10 at South Live Oak Elementary School, 8400 Cecil Drive, Watson.

This camp is open to students in first through fifth grade.
