The Audubon Zoo in New Orleans brought its Wetland Wildlife Express to the Livingston Parish Library’s South Branch in Livingston on July 7.

Audubon employees and volunteers allowed children to see and touch several live animals native to Louisiana and discussed how the animals have adapted to survive in the wild.

Sponsored by the New Orleans Pelicans and Audubon Zoo, the presentation is part of Livingston Parish Library’s 2015 Summer Reading Program. For more information about the program, visit www.mylpl.info.
