The members of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, the oldest Roman Catholic fraternal organization in the U.S., will hold its sixth annual charity auction at Bantaa’s Le Fleur de Lis in Ponchatoula.

The auction begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday with a buffet, door prizes, open bar, raffle, silent auction and live auction.

Proceeds from the auction are donated to the many entities and organizations whose main mission is to help the poor and needy, a news release said. Additionally, the AOH has initiated an annual scholarship at St. Thomas Acquinas High School, Archbishop Hannan High School, St. Paul’s High School and St. Scholastica Academy.

Tickets to the auction are $20 per person or $35 per couple. Call Ron Crimmins at (985) 773-8965.
