Livingston Parish had 64 4-H members attend 4-H Camp, held May 31 to June 3 at Grant Walker Educational Center in Pollock.
Members had the chance to participate in a “morning sessions on wetlands; hunters education; outdoor adventures; food and fitness; general arts; science, engineering and technology; and water safety.
Afternoon sessions offered a variety of recreational activities, followed by free time in the evenings to try out the Olympic-sized swimming pool, dancing, movies, arts and crafts or shopping at the camp store.
Adult volunteers were Willie Louviere, Bronwynn Cobb and L.J. Scuderi. Junior counselors were Malorie Langlois, Skylar Brandon, Shawn Bertrand, Westin Cobb and Tim Edgens.
