Golf carts, four-wheelers, go carts, scooters, motorcycles, lawn mowers and one miniature toy horse were part of a parade May 14 celebrating the last day of school for Denham Springs High School seniors.

Students used various forms of transportation, many decorated in school colors, to parade from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church to the campus. Along the way, parents and friends gathered to watch as the students made a slow trek to school.

After arriving, the students celebrated in the parking lot by squirting canned string and baby powder.

The students graduate at 7 p.m. Friday in Yellow Jacket Stadium in Denham Springs.
