  • K-9 FUN DAY: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Continental Kennel Club, 28901 S. Frost Road, Livingston. Pet photography, “Ask A Trainer”, raffles, novelty dog show, dog costume contest and dog adoptions. Demonstration dogs by LPSO K-9 Team; drug seizure; search and rescue; and agility. All dogs attending must be on leash no longer than 6 feet.
  • HARRY POTTER NIGHT: 6 p.m., Watson Branch Library. Join at the library for a Harry Potter filled evening that includes wand making, a game of Quidditch, butter beer, trivia and more. This program is intended for ages 12-18. Registration is required.

Join the Integrity Insurance Team for a Health Fair and 5K Run benefiting the children of Livingston Parish. Proceeds from the event will be dedicated to the Mighty Moms Full Tummy Project which combats childhood hunger throughout Livingston Parish communities. Registration is $25 for 5K registrants and $15 for 1-mile kids’ fun walk. Ages 12 and under free with registered adult. Bring one kid-friendly nonperishable food item on race day.
