The Livingston Parish Children’s Choirs is looking for a few adult voices for a special Christmas choir performance.

LPCC is celebrating its 25th annual Christmas Concert on Dec. 4 with a special performance by the Adult Community Christmas choir, which will sing two arrangements by choir co-founder Regina Walker. The choir will perform arrangements of “O Holy Night” and “A White Christmas Medley.”

“A White Christmas Medley” will be conducted by Walker.

Choir organizers said anyone “who has ever supported LPCC with their time, talent or money” is invited to sing with the adult choir. Members of area community or church choirs also are encouraged to attend.

“We want our LPCC choir members to see the joy that singing brings throughout your whole life,” LPCC Director Barbara Walker said.

Rehearsals are set on:

SUNDAY: 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., First Baptist Church, Denham Springs

NOV. 22: 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., First Baptist Church, Denham Springs

DEC. 3: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Live Oak United Methodist Church, Watson

DEC. 4: 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Live Oak United Methodist Church, Watson

Anyone interested in singing with the adult choir is asked to email Walker at walkerbsue@aol.com to let her know which rehearsals they plan to attend.

Choir members also are encouraged to go to the choirs’ website, lpccsing.org, to print out the music sheets.
