Southeastern Louisiana University will host the President’s Toast, a prelude to Chefs Evening, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. March 8 at the Southeastern President’s Residence. Regions Bank will sponsor the event.
Chefs Evening follows from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Student Union Grand Ballroom.
Chef Doyle Orlando, of Jacmel Inn, will prepare the food and wine.
Chefs Evening is the Southeastern Foundation’s signature fundraiser, providing critical funds to support university scholarships and academic programs, a news release from the university said.
