Tennessee Williams’ Pulitzer Prize-winning drama, “A Streetcar Named Desire,” will be performed at Independence Park Theatre on Aug. 13-16.
Shows start at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 13-15 and 3 p.m. Aug. 16.
“Streetcar” is the story of a culture clash between Blanche DuBois, a pretentious, fading relic of the Old South, and Stanley Kowalski, a rising member of the industrial, immigrant class.
The play is produced by Independence Park Theatre under the direction of Jason Breaux.
