Capital Area Human Services and the National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder are hosting sessions on trauma and PTSD in a Lunch ā€™Nā€™ Learn format, a news release said.

Sessions will be from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday in Building 2, Conference Room 200 at the Center for Adult Behavioral Health, 4615 Government St.; and the conference room at the Margaret Dumas Mental Health Center, 3843 Harding Blvd.

No registration is required. Attendees are encouraged to bring a bag lunch.

An estimated 8 percent of Americans, or 24.4 million people, have PTSD, according to the release.
