Ninjas in the library

Children ages 8 to 11 can go to the Jones Creek library from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday to hear facts from John Malam’s book, “You Wouldn’t Want to be a Ninja Warrior.” Each child then will create a pair of Nifty Ninjas using pipe cleaners and other craft supplies.

Movie matinee

The computer-animated fantasy “Toy Story” will be shown to children of all ages from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday in the Children’s Room of the Jones Creek library. Kids may bring their own snacks.
