We need our spiritual lifelines most when we are waiting on God. They help us to hold steady in the flow of God’s love and become sensitive to His spirit. The psalmist in Psalms 33:20 had the right idea. He focused all that he knew of God’s love, reminding him of blessings past and praising God who he knew would not forget him. God is worth waiting for; His timing is always on time and the very best!
