St. Helena Parish School District Superintendent Kelli Joseph has been honored by the District Administration Leadership Institute as an outstanding school district leader, according to a news release from the Institute.

The mission of the District Administration Leadership Institute is to provide cutting-edge professional development to school district superintendents and other senior education executives to inspire innovation and leadership excellence in K-12 education.

In recognition of this distinction, Joseph was selected to join an exclusive group of administrators at the next Superintendents’ Summit held Nov. 4-6. in Orlando, Florida.

“It is truly an honor to have been selected as an outstanding school district leader. It will be an awesome experience to represent the educators of St. Helena Parish School District where we work as a team to ensure success for all our students,” said Joseph. “I am looking forward to bringing back fresh ideas and proven best practices that will be shared with my staff to elevate learning opportunities for all students.”

The event was set to include a forum for research and development with a roster of 70 superintendents from across 350 school districts.
