West Feliciana Parish 4-H hosted a pet show at St. Francisville Country Manor on March 22.

Youth brought pets in many shapes, sizes and breeds to show to the residents.

Volunteer Mary Brown, who assists at area nursing homes, helped out at the pet show by explaining to the youth how to approach the residents with the animals.

She brought her own dog to the event.

LSU Agricultural Associate County and 4-H Agent André Brock said winners receiving certificates in the following categories, included:
