The Baker Rotary Club made a donation to the Court Appointed Special Advocate Association on Dec. 1 for children served by the CASA program.

Each year during the holidays, CASA asks for donations of toys and gifts from area businesses and organizations so that CASA volunteers can select gifts to give to the youth they serve.

Rotary board members agreed to participate in the toy drive this year, and all 20 Baker Rotarians personally shopped for toys and gifts to give to CASA, Rotarian Ginger Vann said.

“The gifts will definitely be appreciated by the children who benefit from our program,” said Jennifer Mayer, recruitment coordinator for CASA.
