The 12th annual Louisiana High School Technology Challenge took place online March 7 with just more than 300 high school students representing 23 registered high schools.

The University of Louisiana at Monroe hosted the online event.

The winning teams included:

1st place: St. Joseph's Academy; John Richardson, team coach

2nd place: St. Thomas More Catholic High School; Robin Herrington, team coach

3rd place: Catholic High School; Sheri Schoonmaker, team coach

4th place: Northwest High School; David Reed, team coach

5th place: Zachary High School; Christie Burns, team coach

The 13th Louisiana High School Technology Challenge will be Feb. 27. Team registrations will be limited to the first 50 high schools. Any high school in Louisiana is eligible to participate. For information, visit ulm.edu/techchallenge.
