Zachary High School crowned senior Allegra Slaughter as its homecoming queen for 2015.

Slaughter is the daughter of Christopher and Anetia Slaughter.

She was crowned by 2014 ZHS homecoming queen Bailey Boudreaux during the halftime ceremony of the Broncos’ game against Denham Springs on Oct. 16.

Besides Slaughter, the ZHS homecoming court included senior maids Ryleigh Carr, Elise Goff, Ariana Minor and Kaitlyn Vince; junior maids Taylee Corkern, Katie Phillips, Alexis Tarver and Emily Turner; sophomore maids Hailey Fisher, Catherine Halphen and Amin Washington; and freshmen maids Morgan Cooper, Kendal Kelley and Larrelle Matthews.

The court rode in the homecoming parade and were presented during a pep rally on Oct. 16.
