Baton Rouge Police have arrested a man on two counts of first-degree murder in the October deaths of two people in a home on Dutton Avenue.
Clyde Eugene Bell is in police custody and will be booked into Parish Prison on the counts, said Cpl. L’Jean McKneely Jr., a spokesman for Baton Rouge Police.
Bell is accused of slaying Johnson Armstrong III, 46, and Corey Steptore, 45, of Gonzales, who were found stabbed and shot to death inside Armstrong’s home at 6258 Dutton Ave. on Oct. 24.
