Authorities arrested at least eight people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between noon Saturday and noon Sunday, booking records show.
Those booked and the counts against them:
— Leo Babin, 66, 31050 La. 16, Denham Springs, first-offense DWI, possession of alcoholic beverage in a vehicle and reckless operation of a vehicle.
— Chance Barlow, 18, 15019 Pearis Road, Pride, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.
— Fernando Bravo, 27, 903 N. 11th Ave., Laurel, Mississippi, first-offense DWI, following too closely and reckless operation of a vehicle.
— Darrell Camper, 58, 58120 George St., Plaquemine, second-offense DWI and improper lane usage.
— Pedro Gonzalez-Caraballo, 39, 5750 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle, speeding and driver’s license required.
— Malcolm Harold, 49, 327 Industrial Drive, Jonesboro, third-offense DWI, possession of marijuana, battery of a police officer, resisting an officer and hit and run.
— Angela Perkins, 50, 2712 Hollygrove St., New Orleans, first-offense DWI, improper lane usage and driver’s license expired.
— Lydia Salter, 19, 419 Corby Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, disobeying a red light, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and reckless operation of a vehicle.
