Carl Douglas Fouse has been found unharmed and returned home Tuesday night after being recognized by a good Samaritan, Baton Rouge police reported.

Baton Rouge Police are asking the public’s help in locating a 60-year-old man who was last seen around 2 a.m. Sunday, April 10.

Carl Douglas Fouse, of 1502 N. Acadian Thruway West, suffers from Parkinson’s disease and dementia and is believed to have walked away from his home sometime Sunday morning, said Sgt. Don Coppola Jr., a Baton Rouge Police spokesman.

Fouse was last seen wearing blue slacks, a gray T-shirt and a black baseball cap with “Navy SEALs” written on it, Coppola said.
